Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you'll be part of a team delivering exceptional hand-prepared food made fresh daily without reliance on freezers or microwaves. We provide comprehensive training across multiple stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo to enable you to perform confidently. Our focus is on superior customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food items manually according to company standards without using microwaves or freezers
• Operate at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
• Ensure outstanding customer service to foster a friendly environment
• Follow health and safety regulations consistently

Candidate Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Eagerness to learn extensive cooking techniques
• Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor with passion for serving both customers and teammates
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) required at the store location

Compensation and Benefits

• Base hourly wage ranging from $17.25 to $18.25, supplemented by digital tips
• Eligibility for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
