Join Chipotle Mexican Grill in Piqua, OH as a Crew Member and be part of a movement transforming fast food into a meaningful experience. This role involves working confidently across various restaurant stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, all while providing excellent customer service and fostering a friendly environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food by hand at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth operations.
- Uphold Chipotle’s standards for food quality and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Demonstrate a friendly and enthusiastic attitude towards customers and coworkers.
- Show passion for service and helping others.
- Willingness to learn cooking and operational skills.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
