Job Overview and Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will be trained to confidently handle various restaurant stations including grilling, cashiering, preparation, salsa making, and expo duties. Your role is vital in producing fresh, hand-prepared meals daily and ensuring outstanding customer service that creates a welcoming atmosphere. No prior experience is required; we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds including dishwashing, cashiering, serving, hosting, bartending, cooking, or those new to the industry.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Possess a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- Demonstrate passion for assisting and serving both customers and team members
- Willingness to learn extensive cooking processes
- Able to communicate effectively in the primary workplace language
