Role Overview

As a Creative Perfumer based in Hamburg, Germany, you will be responsible for designing innovative and commercially viable fragrance compositions spanning various product categories. You will translate customer needs, consumer insights, and market trends into compelling scent concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop novel and market-successful fragrance formulations across diverse product groups.
• Implement customer requirements, consumer preferences, and current market trends to craft creative scent concepts.
• Enhance existing fragrance formulas in terms of olfactory quality, technical viability, and economic efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with sales, evaluation, application technology, marketing, and regulatory teams.
• Present fragrance concepts directly to clients and contribute actively to innovation initiatives.
• Participate in international client meetings and industry events to remain at the forefront of developments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Creative Perfumer with proven commercial fragrance successes.
• Wide-ranging expertise across multiple application areas.
• Strong creative and technical capabilities.
• Customer-focused approach combined with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experienced working with international clientele and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in both German and English.
