Content Reviewer

Role Summary

The Content Reviewer will be responsible for evaluating and categorizing multimedia content such as videos, audios, and images based on client-specific guidelines. This role requires reviewing various content forms including audio, video, text, and photographs and making classification decisions from defined options.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and tag multimedia content in compliance with prescribed standards.
• Engage in calibration activities with team members, across locations, or clients as directed by management.
• Collaborate with peers to exchange effective methodologies and best practices.
• Work independently or collaboratively within a team setting to meet objectives.
• Maintain clear communication channels with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously ensuring timely completion.
• Strictly follow company and client procedures, policies, and guidelines.
• Adhere to key performance indicators to avoid adverse business effects.
• Obtain prior approval for breaks from supervisory staff including SME, Team Leader, or Managers.
• Comply with directives issued by Team Leaders, Command Center, or other supervisors.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding process-related information and sensitive data.
• Execute additional duties as assigned to enhance client service or improve KPIs.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
