Imperial Design Concepts (IDC) seeks a confident and customer-oriented Client Relationship Executive dedicated to managing both face-to-face and telephonic customer interactions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors at the showroom, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Accurately identify and understand customers' needs to facilitate communication with the sales department.
• Conduct regular outbound phone calls to prospective clients for inquiries, follow-up, and lead conversion purposes.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up with clients on quotations, product requirements, and order status.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly by coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain detailed records of customers and leads using CRM tools or Excel spreadsheets.
• Assist the sales team in cultivating repeat business and generating client referrals.
