Role Summary
We seek enthusiastic and driven individuals to join as Associate Sales Consultants based in Lucknow. This role demands direct customer engagement, lead generation, and sales execution through face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients to promote and sell a variety of insurance products.
- Conduct presentations and meetings explaining product features.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clientele.
- Meet assigned sales goals contributing to company revenue.
- Offer post-sale assistance to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and gather market insights.
Candidate Requirements
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Self-driven with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Ready and able to travel locally to meet clients.
- Possession of a valid driving license and a two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary package ranges between 300,000 and 450,000 INR annually, supplemented by travel allowances and unlimited incentives. Immediate joining is preferred.
Additional Information
Applicants not necessarily required to have a graduation degree. Candidates must have their own bike and driving license.
