Internship overview

Key responsibilities

• Examine patient records and related clinical notes to make sure the documentation is complete and accurate.
• Work under supervision to map diagnoses, procedures, and treatments to the correct ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Follow healthcare rules, coding standards, and company procedures while handling coding tasks.
• Support the team by checking patient details and helping clear up any mismatches or gaps in documentation.

Eligibility

Applications are open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, on-site internship, start between 6 July 2026 and 10 August 2026, remain available for 6 months, and bring relevant skills and interest in the field.
