Astrotalk is a platform that offers live astrology consultations where users can connect with astrologers via calls or chat to discuss topics ranging from relationships and marriage to career and health.

This internship involves managing international customer inquiries professionally through various communication channels such as calls, chats, and emails, ensuring courteous and timely responses. Interns will need to understand customer issues accurately, devise appropriate solutions, and coordinate with different teams to resolve escalated matters. The role demands consistent follow-up to provide flawless customer service and satisfaction.

Additional Requirements

• Comfortable with contract-based employment.
• Willingness to work night shifts from office.
• Availability for a 6-day workweek with rotating weekly off days.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000.
• Opportunity for a job offer upon successful completion, with an expected annual salary between ₹400,000 and ₹500,000.
