About the Internship
Adexmediahub is seeking motivated HR interns to join our team in Delhi. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations within a dynamic digital marketing company dedicated to enhancing brands' online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates from job portals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with applicants.
- Review resumes and maintain organized candidate records.
- Assist with onboarding procedures and employee documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports.
- Provide assistance with daily HR functions and tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related areas.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
- A keen interest in learning and developing a career in Human Resources.
