This role involves supporting recruitment and HR operations within a dynamic technology company known for developing and scaling diverse mobile applications. The intern will engage in end-to-end candidate sourcing and hiring processes, contribute to maintaining recruitment data, and assist with employee onboarding and engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist potential candidates using platforms such as Broxer, LinkedIn, and various job portals.
- Conduct preliminary candidate screenings via telephone and initial interviews.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews with the hiring panel.
- Maintain thorough and organized records of candidates and update recruitment tracking tools.
- Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Assist with onboarding activities and ensure necessary documentation is completed efficiently.
- Manage daily HR and recruitment operational tasks.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and other HR functions as needed.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between August 19, 2026 and September 23, 2026, and commit to a duration of three months. Relevant skills and keen interest in human resources or recruitment processes are essential.
Compensation and Benefits
This internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 12,000 to 15,000. Additional perks include certification of internship completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
