This onsite internship in Greater Noida is for a motivated Assistant who can support a US-based IT staffing firm serving client hiring needs. The role offers practical exposure to recruitment, coordination, and day-to-day operational work within an IT staffing environment.

What you will do

• Support the onsite team with routine administrative work and assist across different projects as needed.
• Talk with clients and candidates in English to help arrange interviews and placement-related coordination.
• Enter, update, and manage database information with care and accuracy.
• Assist with reviewing applications and narrowing down suitable candidates for various roles.
• Join team discussions and share input that can help improve internal processes.
• Help coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Build an understanding of the hiring process while developing useful skills for a career in HR and staffing.

Stipend and payment structure

The internship pays between INR 4,000 and 7,000 per month. The stipend is made up of a fixed component of INR 2,000 to 3,000 per month and an incentive component of INR 2,000 to 4,000 per month.
