About the internship
Internship Overview
This internship involves assisting with various accounting and financial tasks to support the finance team of STEMpedia. The role offers hands-on experience in managing financial records, handling invoicing, and contributing to month-end closures in a dynamic environment focused on AI and robotics education.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records with precision.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable including invoice processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all documents are accurate and complete.
- Support activities related to month-end closures and tax-related processes.
- Track pending payments and follow up with clients as required.
- Handle data entry tasks and maintain organized accounting files.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the finance department.
