• End-to-End Machine Learning Pipeline & Model Optimization (Sprint Project)

  Designed and implemented a complete ML pipeline including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation. Built reusable custom transformers, applied GridSearchCV / RandomizedSearchCV, serialized the pipeline with Joblib, performed SHAP interpretability analysis, and developed a lightweight Flask API for real-time inference.

  Built an e-commerce interface with product listing, cart functionality, and responsive UI. Implemented state management for cart updates and designed clean product display pages for a smooth shopping experience.

  Developed a basic educational website that helps students access study material and learning resources easily. Designed responsive pages with a clean UI and organized content sections for better navigation and learning support.

• Leftover Food Recipe Generator

  Built a web app that suggests recipes based on leftover ingredients. Integrated AI API for real-time recipe ideas and designed a simple, responsive UI to reduce food waste and save cooking time.
