About the Role
Join a leading fintech company revolutionizing the payments industry by eliminating transaction fees through advanced data and AI solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and own a list of target accounts within significant verticals.
- Identify and understand complex stakeholder structures, including CFOs, Heads of Payments, and E-commerce leaders.
- Conduct high-quality outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Establish strong relationships with senior decision-makers and discover new commercial opportunities.
- Work in close collaboration with Account Executives to advance and convert sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve a target of generating 10 to 15 qualified meetings each month.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in outbound sales, recruitment, telesales, business development, or other customer-facing roles.
- Preferably experienced in fintech, payments, financial services, SaaS, or fast-growing technology sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, especially confident when engaging senior stakeholders.
- Resilient, proactive, and driven to meet or exceed targets.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms like Salesforce is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Ambitious with a strong desire to build a career in fintech sales.
