The hourly pay for this role is approximately 17 dollars, varying with location, skills, education, and experience. Monthly bonuses are part of the compensation package. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours annual including holidays and floating holidays; paid sick leave is up to 64 hours annually unless otherwise mandated by law.

Store operating hours are between 6am and 10pm with respectful scheduling practices.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and set professional standards for the team
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the store
• Be cross-trained and capable in all store operational areas including stocking and sales duties
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members
• Act as the Leader on Duty as needed based on scheduling
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
