About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Real Estate Developer to drive the identification, coordination, and successful execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects in Dubai. This position involves assessing development prospects, managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement, and supporting all stages from land acquisition through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess real estate development opportunities through market research and feasibility analysis.
- Formulate project strategies, budgets, schedules, and comprehensive development plans.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, investors, and other parties involved in projects.
- Track project costs, timelines, risks, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with land acquisition, due diligence, regulatory planning, and development procedures.
- Prepare detailed investment proposals, business cases, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Handle relationships with investors, partners, government bodies, and service providers effectively.
- Evaluate project designs, development concepts, and commercial requirements to ensure alignment.
- Identify risks and develop mitigating strategies to safeguard projects.
- Ensure compliance with business goals, quality standards, and applicable regulations throughout development stages.
- Provide ongoing updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of real estate development and investment fundamentals.
- Provenue skills in market research and financial analysis for property development projects.
- Strong capabilities in project management and organizational planning.
- Expertise in negotiation and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen with strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficient multitasking across multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with real estate or project management software tools.
- Beneficial to have understanding of property development, planning, construction, or investment procedures.
- Preferred educational background includes degrees in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, or closely related fields.
