.NET Core Full Stack Developer with Angular - Navi Mumbai (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are searching for an experienced .NET Core Full Stack Developer proficient in Angular to join our team in Navi Mumbai on a hybrid work model. This role involves creating high-quality web applications and entails working with modern technologies and cloud platforms. The position is facilitated through Team Plus Staffing Solution Pvt. Work Schedule and Location

The job requires working from the Navi Mumbai TTC Industrial Area, Airoli, with official hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical designs and architect solutions.
• Write, test, and maintain production-ready code, including implementation of design patterns and comprehensive testing (unit and integration).
• Participate actively in requirement analysis and design review sessions to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Developers, QA Engineers, and Product Managers.
• Maintain high standards for technical quality, including security, scalability, and system stability.
• Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior engineers to encourage best practices and team growth.

Experience and Skills Required

• Minimum 8 years of experience developing full stack web applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Angular 8 or higher.
• Proficient with Git version control.
• Familiarity with UI design tools such as Figma.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB and MongoDB.
• Knowledge and experience in deploying cloud-based solutions using the Microsoft Azure platform.
• Understanding and applying code review processes consistently.
• Experience with Azure Event Hub, Azure Functions, and Redis is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in complex system environments.
• Capability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrates patience, flexibility, and a resilient attitude to perform well under pressure.
• Commitment to producing quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Additional Information

• Gender: Male/Female
• Contract Duration: 1 Year, project-based with possibility of extension
• Selection Process: Three rounds including two online assessments followed by a face-to-face interview at the Navi Mumbai office
• Immediate joining is preferred
• Annual salary package ranges from INR 2,000,000 to 3,000,000 as per company norms
