This contract position offers a remote work setup focused on contributing to high-quality physics benchmarks to assess advanced language models. The role requires solving, reviewing, and validating intricate problems in diverse specialized physics subfields, working asynchronously with a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation of research-grade physics benchmarks essential for language model evaluation.
- Analyze, solve, and verify challenging physics problems spanning multiple specialized areas.
- Work on a flexible remote basis, independently managing tasks.
- Deliver fully human-verified solutions for cutting-edge physics reasoning challenges.
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive expertise in molecular and cellular biology methodologies.
- Proven experience planning and conducting laboratory experiments.
- Strong skills in data analysis relevant to life sciences research.
- Self-driven and capable of performing efficiently in a remote work environment.
Compensation and Commitment
- Hourly pay ranges from $80 to $135, with payments processed weekly through Stripe or Wise.
- Expected time commitment is approximately 10 hours weekly throughout an 8 to 10 week project duration.
- Engagement is on an independent contractor basis, with potential for project continuation.
