Front Store Supervisor - Full Time Day Shift

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service operations including cash handling, cashier management, and merchandising activities.
• Ensure adherence to store policies and operating procedures by cashier and merchandising staff.
• Provide thorough training, continuous guidance, and instruction to cashiers and merchandisers.
• Implement all loss prevention protocols, manage the daily cash office inventory and cashier tracking processes including tracking sheets and PC Optimum procedures.
• Maintain proper store image by ensuring employees comply with the Uniform Policy and present a positive appearance to the public.
• Respond to customer inquiries about product locations, rainchecks, and resolve issues such as refunds and exchanges following store guidelines.
• Promote Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) surveys to enhance service quality.
• Keep shelves clean, properly organized, and products rotated as per standards.
• Arrange product displays as directed by higher management and ensure their timely setup and removal.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and store presentation in line with Health and Safety requirements.
• Perform clerical and banking duties as requested and comply fully with store and loss prevention policies.
• Step in as cashier when necessary and perform other duties as assigned.

• Capable of independent organization of store activities.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with store products and supplies.
• Well-developed organizational and time management skills.
