Overview
Join U-Haul as a Facility Housekeeper and play a key role in ensuring our facilities remain clean, welcoming, and organized. This position offers career stability, opportunities for advancement, and valuable on-the-job training as part of a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping in storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other facility areas.
- Properly dispose of trash throughout the facility.
- Maintain and monitor cleaning supply inventory, placing requests for replenishments as needed.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisory staff.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
The job entails exposure to moderate risks requiring safety precautions, including working near moving parts or machines and handling chemicals or irritants; protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be necessary.
Physical demands include prolonged periods of standing still, mobility around outdoor areas, reaching objects at various heights, and lifting or moving equipment weighing at least 50 pounds, either with or without assistance.
