AI Trainer (Remote)

Role Overview

We are looking to onboard an AI Trainer to support enhancing large language models by producing high-quality proprietary data tailored for fine-tuning and evaluation. The position involves simulating multi-turn conversations where AI assistants utilize function-calling tools to achieve user objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create multi-turn conversation simulations that represent authentic interactions between users and AI assistants employing tools such as calendar, email, maps, and drive.
• Actively simulate both user and assistant roles, incorporating assistant tool invocations as necessary to make corrections.
• Determine appropriate moments and methods for the assistant to apply available tools, ensuring logical dialogue flow and effective function call utilization.
• Develop dialogues that reflect natural language use, intelligent reasoning, and contextual awareness across multiple turns.
• Refine conversation samples based on feedback to enhance realism, clarity, and training effectiveness.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for scripting and data production tasks.
• Experience in designing multi-turn dialogues and simulating natural language interactions.
• Capability to emulate AI assistant actions, including the use of tools and function calls.
• Understanding of formatting protocols and quality criteria for training datasets.
• Keen attention to detail to produce realistic and coherent conversational content.
