SDR Internship - Outbound & Automation (Remote)

About the Role

Kishore Ganth D, an AI developer known for creating software-as-a-service solutions and mentoring AI startups, is looking for an intern to join Zoft.AI. This company focuses on creating AI-powered automation tools for businesses, such as chat and voice agents and workflow automation solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and compile target companies from mid-market B2B sectors in India and the United States using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo platforms.
• Craft, execute, test, and refine outbound campaigns via cold emails and LinkedIn using tools like Smartlead and Dripify.
• Develop automated content pipelines to support organic marketing efforts.
• Conduct 30 to 40 cold calls daily to qualify prospects and arrange discovery meetings directly for the founder.
• Implement workflow automation using tools such as n8n and Zapier for data enrichment, CRM synchronization, response management, and other processes.
• Take ownership of weekly performance metrics including calls made, responses received, meetings scheduled, and sales pipeline progression.

Candidate Requirements

• Availability to work remotely from home and commitment to a six-month internship starting between August 21 and September 25, 2026.
• Demonstrated relevant skills and interest in sales, outbound prospecting, and automation.

Additional Details

• The internship provides a monthly stipend ranging from INR 3,000 to INR 11,001.
• Successful completion of the internship will result in a certificate being awarded.
