Join Ideation Entertainment as a Games Coordinator and Emcee intern, where you will facilitate fun and educational party experiences for children. The company specializes in creating unique themed events that inspire creativity and learning, bringing joy to kids and their families.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate interactive party games, activities, and icebreakers appropriate for kids aged 3 to 12.
- Act as the dynamic emcee for events, introducing activities, managing music cues, and maintaining an enthusiastic atmosphere throughout the occasion.
- Collaborate with parents and event organizers to ensure event schedules are adhered to and run seamlessly.
- Prepare and oversee game props, sound systems, and enforce safety guidelines during all activities.
- Motivate active participation from all children while managing group discipline and safety protocols effectively.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be available to work part-time and able to start between August 20, 2026, and September 24, 2026.
- Commitment to a 3-month internship duration.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Preferred candidates may have prior experience in event hosting, drama/theater, teaching, or experience working with children.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Capable of maintaining composure and adaptability if events do not go as planned.

- Possess a high-energy, engaging presence with comfort speaking publicly.
