Responsibilities
- Provide support to Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily store operations.
- Assume responsibility for leading and motivating the store team.
- Help create an outstanding customer experience to boost satisfaction.
- Contribute actively to increasing sales and achieving store targets.
- Assist in managing team goals and performance.
Requirements
- Professional experience in a comparable supervisor role.
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
