Minimum Qualifications

• Completion or expected completion by summer 2027 of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Up to 18 months of professional experience aside from internships, with programming experience from side projects or coursework; familiarity with languages such as Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, or Go.
• Experience collaborating on coding projects in academic or professional settings.
• Ability to independently research and comprehend new systems, working alongside mentors or experts.
• Strong written communication skills to clearly convey technical work to peers and stakeholders.
• Skilled in leveraging AI tools to expedite development while applying critical evaluation to ensure quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in specific areas like frontend, backend, or infrastructure, combined with broad technical knowledge.
• Understanding of code review practices and safe production system updates.
• Experience navigating large codebases efficiently.
• Proven initiative leading small projects and collaborating on larger team efforts.
• High autonomy in overcoming complex technical challenges, with sound judgment on seeking assistance when necessary.

Workplace Expectations

Employees assigned to offices are expected to spend at least 50% of their working time physically present each month, which may vary by team and location. In some offices, including the Dublin location, full-time on-site work is required to support workflows and user engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is €64,000 to €96,000 annually in the primary location (Dublin). This band reflects different career levels and will be refined during hiring based on qualifications and location. Compensation may include equity, bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness allowances. Candidates outside the primary location can inquire about appropriate pay ranges during the interview process.
