Role Overview

This fully remote role based in India involves working closely with a senior team in Singapore and the US. As the first dedicated engineer on our customer-facing SaaS application, you will report directly to the founder and hold significant responsibility over the platform's key components.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Nuxt 4 / Vue 3 application comprising 100+ pages and numerous typed API routes hosted on Cloudflare Workers.
• Handle Supabase PostgreSQL database with complex row-level security for a multi-tenant environment including white-label capabilities.
• Oversee AWS operations related to EC2 instances lifecycle for scanner deployments and utilize S3 for storage of artifacts and reports.
• Integrate and maintain Stripe billing workflows covering subscriptions, credit packs, vouchers, and invoicing.
• Implement asynchronous orchestration using Trigger.dev including assessments, report generation, email digests, and ticket synchronization.
• Develop integrations with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Slack, GitHub, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.
• Design user interfaces independently from rough specifications that meet enterprise standards without dedicated design resources.

Candidate Profile – Essential

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering production-grade full stack TypeScript applications, particularly with Vue or React frontends.
• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL including schema design, query optimization, and implementing row-level security policies.
• Experience building scalable, multi-tenant B2B SaaS platforms managing complex workflows like invitations, user roles, billing edge cases, and downgrade paths.
• Practical production experience with AWS services such as EC2, IAM, and S3 including troubleshooting undocumented issues.
• Demonstrated ability to ship polished user interfaces without designer support, with examples of your work ready to share.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• Familiarity with Nuxt framework (quick ramp-up if experienced with React).
• Experience with Supabase as a managed Postgres service.
• Exposure to Cloudflare Workers for serverless deployment.
• Working knowledge of Stripe or similar billing systems.
• Experience with Trigger.dev or equivalent async task orchestrators.
• Interest in offensive security enhances alignment with company mission.
• Regular use of AI-based coding assistants like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot to maintain code quality.
• Strong command of written English for asynchronous communication across global timezones.
• Proactive approach to reading and updating comprehensive documentation consistently.
