Role Overview
This full-time position, based onsite in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, focuses on quality control inspection. The incumbent will conduct thorough examinations of raw materials, components under production, and completed goods to verify adherence to specified quality criteria. Daily responsibilities encompass performing visual inspections and measurements, documenting inspection results, preparing detailed reports, and communicating any detected deviations or non-conformities to supervisors and related teams. The role necessitates cooperation with production and quality assurance personnel to troubleshoot issues, participate in root cause investigations, and propose corrective improvements. Moreover, strict observance of safety protocols, maintenance of inspection instruments, accurate record-keeping, and active contribution to enhancing quality procedures are vital parts of this position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient knowledge of quality control methods and inspection techniques to assess materials and products per defined standards.
- Experience with quality assurance processes and quality management systems to aid process optimization.
- Strong verbal and written communication to convey inspection findings clearly and collaborate effectively with production, engineering, and management.
- Excellent attention to detail, capability in basic data analysis, and ability to interpret technical documents such as drawings and specifications.
- Preferably prior exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments, with awareness of safety standards and compliance mandates.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, quality assurance, or another relevant technical discipline is desired, along with proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation processes.
