Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Part-Time HR Manager primarily focused on recruitment. This role involves leading the full hiring lifecycle to attract and onboard exceptional candidates that will contribute to building a successful team.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of the entire recruitment process, from job posting through onboarding new employees.
• Design and execute strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships.
• Create compelling job descriptions and oversee job postings on multiple platforms.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate candidate assessments, and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with team leads to grasp hiring requirements and prioritize job openings.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool to support future recruitment demands.
• Ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires to integrate them effectively into the organization.
• Offer recommendations to improve hiring strategies and recruitment workflows.
• Maintain detailed and accurate recruitment records and metrics.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with success in filling diverse roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing methods.
• Ability to work independently with flexibility suited for part-time engagement.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies is advantageous.
• Additional experience in HR functions such as onboarding and employee relations is beneficial.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is INR 150000 to INR 450000 per year.
