Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage communication and coordination efforts with strong leadership and interpersonal aptitude.
• Drive governance policies and enforce controls while collaborating with various cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Monitor and oversee alerts using established monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Datadog to maintain IT infrastructure stability.
• Maintain deep understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and related technology stacks to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage certificate lifecycle including internal and external certificate handling and renewal processes effectively.
• Analyze data trends and patterns for continuous improvement in IT command center processes.
• Prepare and deliver effective communication, presentations, and negotiate solutions as needed.
• Utilize IT service management tools, particularly ServiceNow, to create reports and dashboards supporting operational insight.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum experience range of 4 to 8 years in relevant IT operational roles.
• Strong experience with network and service monitoring tools, including SolarWinds and Datadog.
• Hands-on knowledge of certificate management and renewal procedures.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and application environments.
• Command over ITSM tools like ServiceNow, including report and dashboard creation capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven analytical skills to interpret data for improving operational workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple enterprise teams.
