Role Summary

As an Integration Lead, you will spearhead enterprise-wide integration initiatives across diverse middleware and integration platforms. Your role includes defining governance, standards, and ensuring compliance with security and architecture policies. You will take charge of API-led and event-driven integration adoption, oversee delivery teams, manage project planning processes, and provide technical leadership on complex integrations. Additionally, you will govern core platforms such as Confluent Kafka, Azure Integration services, and Java Spring Boot microservices, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance. You will also manage operational support for critical incidents and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and execution of integration strategies across multiple platforms.
• Define and enforce integration standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure all integration implementations comply with security, architectural, and operational policies.
• Approve integration solution designs, API specifications, and patterns.
• Promote and implement event-driven and API-centric integration architectures.
• Oversee design, development, and delivery of new integrations and API enhancements.
• Coordinate offshore and onsite teams to effectively execute project roadmaps.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, estimations, and release scheduling.
• Ensure quality standards, coding guidelines, documentation, and completion criteria are met.
• Provide technical leadership for complex integration challenges and critical business projects.
• Own and manage platforms including Confluent Kafka, Azure API Management, Azure Integration Services, Active MQ, GoAnywhere MFT, and Java Spring Boot microservices.
• Monitor integration performance, security, compliance, and scalability efforts.
• Lead incident management during high-severity outages and ensure SLA and KPI achievement.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement in problem management.
• Serve as the main onsite liaison for business, technology teams, and vendors.
• Lead vendor coordination, service review meetings, and governance forums.
