Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy comprehensive features spanning React or Angular frontends and Java/Node.js microservices integrated with RESTful APIs and Kafka-based event streams.
Manage prompt creation, validation, and refinement for AI-generated code to ensure accuracy, security adherence, and compliance with engineering standards.
Utilize AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code by developing custom components including agents, skills, hooks, MCP servers, and plugins to enhance development speed without compromising quality.
Develop complex multi-agent AI applications with Agent SDKs to coordinate workflows where agents collaborate or delegate tasks.
Advocate and implement test-driven development methodologies encompassing unit, integration, and contract testing employing Jasmine, Jest, and Karma.
Participate in enhancing CI/CD workflows using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions alongside cloud-native deployments on AWS and Azure via Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS).
Maintain rigorous observability standards leveraging structured logging (ELK stack, Datadog), alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics), and performance monitoring tools.
Collaborate with product, design, and architecture teams to transform business objectives into scalable and compliant technical solutions.
Effectively balance multiple projects and changing requirements, delivering continuous incremental value through agile practices.

Core Skills & Technical Qualifications

Frontend technologies including React or Angular using micro-frontend patterns such as single-spa or Module Federation, along with TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
Unit testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, and Jest.
Backend development utilizing Java (Spring Boot and Spring Cloud) as primary services, Node.js for lightweight APIs and integration, and RESTful microservices architectures.
Experience with Kafka or IBM MQ for messaging and event streaming, and Python scripting for automation tasks.
Cloud expertise in AWS and Azure hybrid environments, containerization via Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS).
Development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
API gateways such as Apigee, Kong, or Azure API Management.
Database management with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL systems like MongoDB and Cassandra, and analytics platforms including Snowflake, Hadoop, and Databricks.
Security frameworks like OAuth2, OpenID Connect, with identity management through Azure AD and Okta.
Use of code quality and security tools such as Nexus IQ, Fortify, and SonarQube emphasizing TDD, thorough code reviews, and debugging standards.
Monitoring and observability tools including ELK Stack, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace, along with Git version control via GitHub or Bitbucket.

AI Engineering Capabilities

In-depth experience working with AI coding agents (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and understanding AI-based coding workflows.
Proficient in prompt engineering involving the design, iteration, and validation of prompts to generate reliable production-ready code.
Practical skills in creating custom AI coding agent components such as agents, skills, hooks, MCP servers, and plugins.

Additional Information

Applicants should currently reside in Bangalore or be prepared to relocate there for this role.
