F&B Service Expert

Position Overview

At St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Doha, Qatar, we are seeking Food & Beverage Service Experts who are passionate about providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience that transcends just serving food. Our team members take initiative to deliver a wide variety of services, ensuring each guest enjoys their meal in a memorable and unique setting where food and beverage service complements the overall experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare and set tables appropriately for service.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate guest orders.
• Engage with and serve guests in a courteous and attentive manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and supplies.
• Contribute to creating a safe work environment and comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Uphold a professional appearance and communication style.
• Be physically active throughout shifts including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and maneuvering over varied surfaces.
• Handle objects safely by lifting and moving up to 25 pounds alone and up to 50 pounds with assistance, including reaching and bending as needed.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Work experience: Less than one year in a related role preferred.
• No prior supervisory experience necessary.
• No specific licenses or certifications required.
