  • Recruit and manage a high-performing team with functional, technical, and change management expertise.
  • Clarify relationships and handovers between CoE, divisional IT leads, and the ERP program team.

  • Define and measure platform value metrics such as adoption rates, process efficiency, data quality, and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and finance to highlight platform impact and support investment cases.
  • Ensure end-users have necessary skills, support, and confidence to use the platform effectively.
  • Manage the continuous improvement backlog prioritizing divisional requests, strategic goals, and platform integrity.
  • Oversee Microsoft's Dynamics 365 release cycles and assess impacts on platform configuration and operations.
  • Work alongside Group Technology architecture to align Dynamics 365 evolution with enterprise technology strategy.
  • Explore opportunities to extend Dynamics 365 capabilities, including Power Platform, Copilot for Finance & Operations, and integrated analytics for added value.
  • Own enterprise data governance including master data standards, data quality controls, and financial/operational data integrity within Dynamics 365 and connected systems.
  • Maintain Dynamics 365 as the authoritative system of record and oversee integrations with related systems.
  • Partner with Group Data and Analytics to ensure enterprise application data is reliable, accessible, and well-governed for reporting and AI initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with Microsoft concerning Dynamics 365 licensing, roadmap, and support escalation.
  • Supervise implementation partners and managed service providers supporting the enterprise application suite.
  • Maximize value derived from Microsoft licensing and support agreements leveraging group commercial frameworks as applicable.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Over 12 years of experience in enterprise applications or ERP-related roles, including minimum 5 years in senior leadership or platform ownership positions.
