Role Overview
This position is for a careful and dependable Data Entry Operator who can enter, refresh, and manage information accurately within internal systems. It is a good fit for candidates who are comfortable with typing work and can maintain a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Record new information and update existing data in company databases and systems.
- Check entries for accuracy and fix mistakes whenever required.
- Organize records, files, and supporting documents in a proper manner.
- Review information to ensure it is complete and consistent.
- Prepare simple reports when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive data.
- Work toward daily and weekly data entry goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate or Intermediate.
- Fast and accurate typing ability.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong eye for detail.
- Ability to work on your own and deliver within deadlines.
