Key Duties
- Utilize MS Excel functions including VLOOKUP for data analysis tasks.
- Identify and document discrepancies using the ticketing system.
- Verify portal data entries and maintain records of inconsistencies.
- Prepare comprehensive summary reports derived from the analyzed data.
- Conduct error analysis in systems and communicate findings to senior management.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in advanced MS Excel functionalities is essential.
- Availability to work in the shift scheduled from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
