They handle a variety of procurement approaches, from early contractor involvement and design development to full construction completion. Their in-house team combines design, project management, and trade expertise to offer a comprehensive project delivery method.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, oversee, and manage subcontractor agreements efficiently.
- Handle progress claims, invoices, and all project-related financial paperwork.
- Manage contract variations and effectively communicate changes to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain liaison with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to monitor requirements and progress.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, or possess equivalent relevant industry experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction.
- Prior experience working locally in Adelaide and having established relationships with subcontractors is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in using Cheops software is essential.
