Key Responsibilities

• Design and create both temporary and permanent architectural structures suitable for events, exhibitions, conferences, ceremonies, and fixed venues.
• Produce concept designs, layout plans, and construction blueprints for event environments such as exhibition centers, booths, and stages.
• Emphasize the design of spaces with a primary focus on enhancing visitor experience and journey.
• Incorporate technological elements like lighting, audio-visual setups, LED displays, and projection systems into the architectural plans.
• Collaborate closely with production, technical, and creative teams to ensure practical, safe, and project-compliant designs within budget constraints.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to fully capture their visions and transform them into innovative architectural solutions.
• Undertake site visits, measurements, and inspections to guarantee precise and secure implementation.
• Ensure designs comply with safety standards, accessibility requirements, and the Saudi Building Code.
• Manage several projects and priorities simultaneously, meeting deadlines consistently.
• Work alongside contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout project execution phases.
• Remain informed on architectural, entertainment, event design, and technology trends.
• Participate in post-event evaluations to discover improvement opportunities for forthcoming projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in architecture, ideally within event, entertainment, exhibition, or experiential design sectors.
• Proven expertise in designing temporary structures and environments for live events.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite software.
• Additional experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or ZBrush is advantageous.
• Strong comprehension of event-specific technologies, including rigging, sightline optimization, crowd management, lighting systems, and audiovisual equipment.
• Acquainted with Saudi Building Code standards and regulations regarding event safety and accessibility.
