Higher Education Centre (HEC) invites motivated and proactive individuals to join us as Sales Interns to jumpstart their career in sales. This role emphasizes developing strong communication and interpersonal skills while delivering counseling support to prospective students. Proficiency in spoken English will play a crucial role in client engagement and effectively promoting our educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective students through sales calls and meetings to showcase our academic programs.
- Offer tailored counseling to help students choose courses aligned with their career ambitions.
- Work closely with the sales team to design and execute impactful sales approaches.
- Support and participate in marketing events to boost lead generation and company visibility.
- Maintain detailed documentation of sales activities and interactions with students.
- Stay informed on relevant market trends and competitors to maintain competitive advantage.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate a smooth student enrollment experience.
Applicant Eligibility
- Availability for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Ability to commence the internship between August 6 and September 10, 2026.
- Commitment to a four-month internship duration.
- Residency in Delhi, India.
- Possess relevant skills and interest in sales and counseling.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹11,000 to ₹20,000, comprising a fixed salary of ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 and incentives between ₹3,000 to ₹8,000.
- Certificate of completion and letter of recommendation upon internship conclusion.
