This full-time, on-site internship at Brand Scale-Up Inc is designed for candidates interested in client servicing within the marketing agency domain. Located in HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, north Bengaluru, the role involves working Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM for a six-month tenure starting immediately.
Role Overview
The Client Servicing Intern will be the primary liaison for leading FMCG and D2C clients, facilitating daily communications and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently. This person will collaborate closely with internal creative, strategy, and production teams to meet deadlines and maintain budgetary constraints without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage direct client communications and address day-to-day requests.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to oversee timelines and deliverables.
- Provide timely status updates and proactively resolve client issues.
- Work jointly with clients to align services with their business goals.
- Ensure transparent communication of client expectations and fulfillment.
- Assist in preparing project briefs, presentations, and progress reports.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships.
Candidate Profile
- Academic background in BBA, MBA, Media, Communication, Advertising, PR, or related disciplines.
- Exceptional communication capabilities and aptitude for building strong relationships.
- Effective organizational skills to juggle several projects concurrently.
- Ownership mentality with the ability to close loops on assigned tasks.
- Competency to perform under deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
