About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Developer with at least 8 years of expertise in Workday development and integration, primarily focusing on the Time & Absence and Payroll modules. The role involves leading or collaborating on Workday projects or interfacing with other proprietary or licensed Citi systems and software.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in Workday and related Citi software system initiatives.
- Analyze metrics, loss data, and external factors to uncover trends and emerging operational risks impacting the business.
- Communicate findings effectively to business teams to promote responsive actions.
- Support business units in evaluating and implementing process improvements and technology solutions aimed at achieving straight-through processing.
- Collaborate with technology partners to introduce and control system changes.
- Assist in policy and standards assessments to identify gaps, recommend improvements, conduct training, and share best practices with regional teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to senior leaders and team members.
- Evaluate risk in business decisions, ensuring protection of company reputation and assets by complying with laws, rules, policies, and ethical standards, while transparently reporting and managing control issues.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Workday development and integration, particularly with Time & Absence and Payroll modules.
