Future Secure AI is pioneering innovative AI solutions aimed at solving significant, real-world challenges faced by global enterprises across diverse industries. We operate at the forefront of AI technology, backed by a culture that values courage, rigor, and unyielding curiosity. Our leadership team is entrepreneurial and approachable, ensuring all team members feel valued and supported. Investing in your professional growth is fundamental, as our success hinges on your development.
We specialize in creating AI Co-Workers that perform operational tasks, not just demonstrations. Our focus is on developing applied AI systems that automate decision-making, augment human teams, and scale efficiently in a production environment.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer with a strong technical foundation and practical experience with contemporary AI technologies. This role entails leading the full development lifecycle of AI Co-Workers, from initial concept to deployment. This position is ideal for someone driven to lead tangible engineering projects rather than purely research-oriented work.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the end-to-end technical design and implementation of AI Co-Workers.
- Convert real-world business constraints into scalable AI and engineering solutions.
- Manage system architecture including models, orchestration, APIs, data pipelines, and integrations.
- Lead technical decisions on large language model usage, model selection, prompt engineering, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Mentor AI Engineers through development, testing, and release phases.
- Collaborate closely with Engagement Leads to ensure technical efforts align with delivering business value.
- Maintain high engineering standards for performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Identify technical risks promptly and develop pragmatic approaches in ambiguous situations.
- Contribute directly to critical components while empowering the team to accelerate delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience leading small to medium-sized teams in product deployment.
- Solid software engineering background combined with applied AI or machine learning expertise.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies such as large language models, learning models, or intelligent automation.
- Strong grasp of backend development including APIs, data pipelines, and scalable production architectures.
- Ability to evaluate trade-offs involving accuracy, latency, cost, scalability, and delivery deadlines.
- Experience coaching engineers through complex project implementations.
- Skill in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset focused on ownership, continuous learning, and delivering operational systems.
- Genuine curiosity about AI system behavior in production environments beyond theoretical aspects.
Why Join Future Secure AI?
- Engage with a high-performance work culture.
- Access cutting-edge AI technologies.
- Learn from world-class, accessible leadership.
- Contribute to impactful projects with meaningful purpose.
- Receive competitive compensation accompanied by significant growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with industry-leading professionals.
- Enjoy a flexible working environment that values diversity and creativity.
