SharePoint Developer

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, build, customize, and support enterprise-grade SharePoint solutions for clients located in Singapore. This role requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), enabling the delivery of robust collaboration and document management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions within SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Create tailored SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and web parts that meet business needs.
• Develop custom applications utilizing SharePoint Framework, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Automate business workflows through Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Build and manage SharePoint intranet portals, document management systems, collaboration frameworks, and workflow solutions.
• Integrate SharePoint seamlessly with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Azure services, and third-party applications.
• Lead migration projects transitioning from legacy systems to SharePoint Online.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint environments.
• Document technical specifications, deployment procedures, and user guides.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders including business users, project managers, architects, and support personnel.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, governance, and regulatory standards.
• Participate actively in code reviews, testing phases, deployment cycles, and ongoing production support.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in SharePoint development and administration.
• Proficient with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong coding skills in React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience crafting custom web parts, extensions, and SharePoint applications.
• Thorough understanding of SharePoint architecture, security, permission models, and governance.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and the broader Microsoft 365 environment.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities including debugging and performance tuning.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Possession of relevant Microsoft Certifications is advantageous.
• Only Singapore Citizens are eligible due to the requirement for CAT-1 security clearance.
