Role Overview

The chosen candidate will engage closely with high-profile clients, orchestrating the entire program lifecycle—from planning through execution—ensuring team effectiveness and successful completion of projects that meet targeted customer satisfaction, timelines, quality standards, scope, budgets, and overall client approval.

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients during project execution, nurturing enduring relationships.
• Steer planning and implementation of both SaaS and on-premise software projects, aligning outcomes with business objectives.
• Promote innovation and integrate contemporary SaaS technology trends into project approaches.
• Drive revenue by surpassing project financial targets and uncovering growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
• Ensure punctual, budget-compliant delivery without compromising quality, while continually enhancing processes.
• Build strong client rapport to gain positive references and sustain high satisfaction scores.
• Keep project finances under control, optimizing resources and introducing cost efficiencies.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven expertise in client relationship management, particularly within SaaS contexts.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Project and solid financial acumen related to project management.
• Successful management of complex, large-scale SaaS projects valued above $5 million.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and transitioning clients from on-premise to SaaS platforms.
• Creativity in delivering innovative project solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills within multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with contemporary SaaS platforms and technologies.
• Certification such as PMP or PRINCE.
• Background in the financial crime sector is advantageous.
