The team is growing and is looking for a procurement professional to help keep day-to-day café operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify suitable suppliers, discuss commercial terms, and secure favorable pricing, quality, and delivery arrangements.
• Handle purchasing for food items, beverages, packaging materials, and other operational necessities.
• Prepare and follow through on purchase orders to help ensure deliveries arrive on time.
• Track stock levels and work closely with kitchen and café teams to keep inventory at healthy levels.
• Build productive working relationships with both current and prospective suppliers.
• Review supplier quotes and look for ways to reduce cost while maintaining standards.
• Confirm that all procured items align with company quality expectations and food safety standards.
• Keep procurement documentation organized, accurate, and up to date, including supplier records and purchasing files.
• Liaise with the finance team on invoices, payments, and account reconciliation matters.
• Watch market developments and source new products or vendors that can add value to the business.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a similar discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
• Strong ability to negotiate and communicate effectively.
• High attention to detail with solid planning and organizational skills.
• Comfort working on several priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Prior exposure to inventory control and procurement software.
• Experience with Foodics is considered a plus.
• Fluency in English.

Location

This role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia and is intended for on-site work.
