Node.js Developer - AI Trainer

Role overview

This position is for an experienced Node.js Developer who will help improve AI systems through coding-focused training tasks. You will join a large network of technical professionals working on practical AI development work across front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and related engineering areas.

The work combines flexibility with technical challenge. You will interact with advanced AI models to complete programming tasks such as designing and solving coding challenges, creating applications with rich features, and drawing insights from data analysis and visualization. Your contributions will help refine intelligent systems as they learn and improve over time. Some contributors do this alongside another full-time job, while others make it their main professional focus and choose assignments based on their own availability.

How selection works

After creating an account, candidates complete a short assessment that functions as the selection step. Those who pass receive confirmation by email, after which paid work becomes available through the platform.

Responsibilities

• Create and solve a range of coding problems that help train AI systems, with a strong focus on Android development.
• Produce clean code examples along with clear, detailed explanations.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, speed, and readability.
• Share feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models.

Qualifications

• Strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level.
• Preferred background in Kotlin.
• Ability to work in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
• Excellent written communication, including grammar and clarity.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress.
• Prior work as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is an advantage.

Payment and contractor terms

Payment is processed through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD is handled by PayPal. You will never be asked to pay any money. This role is offered only to applicants located in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Candidates outside these countries will not currently have access to work or assessments. This is an independent contractor position.
