The Manager, Information Security for Identity & Access Management (IAM) - EMEA, will direct and enhance IAM operations across a large, varied regional footprint. This role includes supervising regional IAM practices, supporting the implementation of global security standards, and liaising with various organizational teams to ensure that access controls meet regulatory and business benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate IAM operations across the EMEA region.
• Implement and enforce global IAM policies and security controls across countries and business units.
• Lead regional efforts for global security IAM initiatives and projects.
• Enhance IAM processes involving identity governance, access management, privileged access, authentication, and periodic access reviews.
• Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure, country IT, risk, audit, and compliance teams to maintain effective and consistent access controls.
• Identify and correct access control vulnerabilities and manage related security risks.
• Support audit and compliance activities such as evidence collection, remediation planning, and control assurance related to access management.
• Ensure IAM measures comply with regulatory, corporate, and business requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Govern access reviews, role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), and privileged account management.
• Lead and mentor teams delivering IAM operational services in a complex regional environment.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and influence cross-functional teams to meet security objectives.
• Monitor progress on deliverables, escalate issues, and enforce accountability through governance and reporting frameworks.
• Leverage approved AI tools to improve efficiency in operations, reporting, analysis, and support decision-making, maintaining appropriate oversight and quality control.

Required Experience and Skills

• Over 7 years in Information Security, IT Risk, IAM, or equivalent technical roles, preferably in regulated sectors like financial services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IAM models, including identity lifecycle management, access certification, RBAC, SoD, and privileged access management.
• Practical experience with IAM technologies such as MFA, SSO, federation standards (OIDC, SAML), LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, Ping Identity, SiteMinder, SailPoint, CyberArk or equivalents.
• Experience managing IAM operations across multiple countries or within regional/global matrix organizations.
• Capability to translate regulatory and audit requirements into actionable security controls and remediation plans.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills suited for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in supporting risk, audit, compliance, and control assurance within access management contexts.
• Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are advantageous.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIAM, or related qualifications are desirable.

• Capable of promoting responsible AI usage within IAM workflows, identifying efficiency-enhancing use cases, and applying appropriate reviews aligned with risk and complexity.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a salary from €71,900 to €95,800 annually. Eligibility for annual short-term incentive compensation may also apply, subject to plan terms.
