Kannada Voice Process Customer Support Executive

Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore requires handling inbound customer calls in Kannada. The incumbent will address customer queries, resolve issues, and deliver information professionally, following established business processes. Duties include documenting interactions, escalating complicated matters to higher authorities, collaborating with team members and supervisors for service improvement, participating in training sessions, and adhering strictly to quality, compliance, and performance criteria. Additionally, the role involves supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing processes while maintaining consistent, customer-focused communication across multiple channels.

Candidate Qualifications

• Fluency native or bilingual in Kannada along with working proficiency in English or other relevant languages.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Strong willingness to learn, apply feedback, and share knowledge with peers to support training activities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center or BPO environments.
• Capability to work in rotational shifts when required.
• Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; graduates in any discipline are preferred.
• Previous experience in voice process, customer support, or BPO sectors is advantageous but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
