Job description
Mission
Facilitate a smooth and effective onboarding process for new employees while fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
Guarantee precise, timely, and well-structured HR management and staff support across multiple countries, ensuring smooth hiring, onboarding, employee assistance, employee documentation, and offboarding procedures.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience in roles such as HR Generalist, HR Operations Specialist, or HR Administrator.
- Proven experience managing HR responsibilities in multiple jurisdictions.
- Proficiency in working with local contractors and external experts across various countries, including accountants, legal advisors, HR consultants, and other specialized professionals.
- Hands-on involvement in personnel administration: hiring, managing employee status changes, terminations, contract preparation, and associated HR documentation.
- Conducting individual meetings with employees, providing continuous HR assistance.
- Capability to address employee concerns, misunderstandings, and workplace conflicts.
- Competent in using spreadsheets, HRM/HRIS systems, Jira, or other HR workflow tools.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR-related tasks for employees across various countries, adhering to local laws and employment standards.
- Collaborate with local contractors and external professionals like accountants, legal consultants, and HR specialists across different regions.
- Support every phase of the employee lifecycle from hiring through onboarding, personnel updates, ongoing support, offboarding, and terminations.
- Draft and maintain employment contracts, contract addendums, HR files, and documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of all required actions.
- Engage in regular individual meetings with employees to gather feedback, detect issues early, and promote employee engagement.
- Effectively manage employee disputes and miscommunications, encouraging constructive dialogue and resolution.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal HR policies and workflows.
Key Goals
- Establish consistent, well-organized HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive employee records, HR documentation, and information systems.
- Deliver prompt HR assistance to staff and management, including periodic individual check-ins.
- Provide effective conflict resolution and support employee relationship management.
- Guarantee high-quality HR processes and smooth collaboration with local contractors in various countries.
