Job Overview
The Estimator role is vital to project success by supporting both the Director of Estimation and the Director of Construction. This position will provide an opportunity to develop key skills in bid management, estimation, procurement, pre-construction, and pre-qualification.
Responsibilities
- Manage bid processes and documentation.
- Assist with pre-construction activities to plan projects effectively.
- Perform detailed cost estimation for construction projects.
- Handle pre-qualification requirements for projects.
- Support procurement processes tied to project needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Word, PRO-EST, Excel, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Procore software.
- Strong background and knowledge in pre-construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through example.
- Proactive mindset focused on finding effective solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000.
